We cannot get rid of the fear, permanently.
Because we are not developed in that way.
However, we can control the fear inside us.
To do so, we need to understand the cause of fear.
Once we become aware of the exact cause of fear, we can start working on it.
And eventually, the fear inside us will be lowered down.
For example, if you are afraid of loneliness, you should work on making more like-minded friends whenever possible.
You should also focus on building a community around yourself where everybody wins.
If you can do that, your fear of loneliness will be minimized within a couple of months or, sooner.
You will start living a brand-new, fearless life that you have wanted to live for years.
