There are three kinds of thoughts.
- Positive Thoughts
- Negative Thoughts and
- Neutral Thoughts
Most of us are bound to think in these three ways only.
But none of these thoughts helps our mental wellbeing.
Because they do not allow our mind to rest (and rejuvenate).
Mental rest is really very much important to be happy in life.
We all know that,
A properly rested mind is more powerful mind.
To give your mind a proper rest, you need to make it empty for at least a few minutes every day.
At that time, your mind should not have any thoughts flying within it.
Practicing it is NOT so easy.
It takes effort.
Consistent and active effort.
The easiest way to do the same is to live a balanced and scheduled life.
Start trying it today.
And feel the result within a few months.
