“Keep silence.”
Most of us are familiar with these two words.
More or, less.
Right?
Because we often see these two words are written on the notice boards of all places like worship houses, hospitals, libraries, etc.
But did you ever notice the one thing that unites all of the different places mentioned above?
If you observe deeply, you can easily find that all of these places are meant to serve something good to society.
For example,
- the worship houses give us mental peace.
- the hospitals cure us of diseases.
- the libraries serve us with knowledge.
And so on…
Similarly, if you want to serve something good to yourself and your society, you should work in silence and:
Let your results speak for yourself.
Now, there are 3 (three) different kinds of silence.
They are:
- Verbal Silence
- Social Silence and
- Inner Silence
Let me brief each of these silences to you.
Verbal Silence:
Verbal silence involves not speaking (and reacting) unnecessarily.
Social Silence:
Social silence involves not socializing (and reacting) unnecessarily.
And
Inner Silence:
Social silence involves not focusing (and reacting) unnecessarily.
I have already written on two separate micro-articles (like this one) on reacting less and the PPT framework that can help you to better understand the matter.
If you can master the art of silence, you will start experiencing some amazing changes in your life right from the first day, itself.
So, start trying this from now onwards.
Finally, let me know what do you think about this article or, you may want to ask me a question.
